Lemon Ice Cream

When life hands you lemons, make ice cream! I had no ice cream maker, so I simply stuck all my ingredients in a blender and froze it afterwards. A bit watery but the family loved it anyways.
1/2 c. heavy whipping cream
1/4 c. milk
Juice and peel of 1 lemon
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. nonfat dry milk
2-3 c. ice cubes
Mix until smooth, freeze at least 2 hours. Enjoy!
